The Problem – Brand, budget and quality Control:
How can we better control our marketing material?


With a number of sales agents around the country, Bupa had difficulty controlling the communications, whether it be Direct mail, sales literature or Point of Sale for exhibitions. This incurred problems not only with the Brand Control team, but also with FSA regulations.
The Solution:

We built a bespoke software solution, based on our core Idink technology. It took a little time and a number of meetings, but the end result allows Bupa to have full control over the output of all their sales agents’ marketing activity.

The sales teams can now create mailings, select and purchase data online, proof and order. Within minutes a full mailing campaign can be created, proofed and ordered.

We then manage all the output.

We have since created a full MIS reporting system, which allows management to not only track activity, but also supplies full results analysis, so the various teams can assess the success of each campaign.
