The Problem – Control of multi site operations:
How can we centralise the marketing activity for all our European offices?
With a global company such as Shell, different offices used different agencies, using different marketing communications.
They needed a central system to manage the production of their direct marketing activity for Shell V Power – across Europe, in many different languages.
The Solution:
We built a bespoke software solution, based on our core Idink technology. It took a little time and a number of meetings, but the end result allows Bupa to have full control over the output of all their sales agents’ marketing activity.
The sales teams can now create mailings, select and purchase data online, proof and order. Within minutes a full mailing campaign can be created, proofed and ordered.
We then manage all the output.
We have since created a full MIS reporting system, which allows management to not only track activity, but also supplies full results analysis, so the various teams can assess the success of each campaign.
